Check-in
Staying at Hotel Noir? Please feel free to check-in anytime between 2pm and 11pm on the day of arrival. On race days at York Racecourse. we can accept luggage prior to full check-in after 2pm, and will normally be able to provide facilities for you to freshen up.
Checkout
To enable Hotel Noir to make rooms available for our next guests, checkout must be made by 11am on the day of departure.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your stay at Hotel Noir, you must contact us before 11am seven days prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged for the full booking. Pre-paid booking deposits are unfortunately non-refundable.
No-smoking policy
Please note, Hotel Noir offers only non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is strictly not permitted in any part of the hotel premises, including guest rooms. If any guests are found in breach of Hotel Noir’s no-smoking policy, a cleaning charge of £200 will be made automatically.
Pets
Unfortunately, Hotel Noir does not have suitable facilities to accommodate pets.
