Classically trained in France under Michelin mentors and with a background in some of North Yorkshire’s best restaurants, Eat Noir’s chef has created a contemporary menu comprising classic British favourites, vegetarian cuisine and a host of original dishes for those whose taste buds seek a more unusual culinary treat.
Eat Noir accepts orders from 7pm until 10pm from Monday to Saturday evenings, with tables available for booking by hotel guests and non-residents.
